This Detroit-style pizza has a thick, chewy crust, bits of crunchy cheese caramelized around the edges, and the perfect amount of buffalo chicken on top. YUM!
Add the dough to the pan and, using your fingers, press dimples into the dough while gently spreading it out.
Once the dough has risen, add 13 oz of the cubed cheese in an even layer.
Top the cubes of cheese with the buffalo chicken.
Add the remaining 3 oz of cheese. Then drape the sauce on top and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
One baked, top with more red pepper flakes, grated parmesan, chopped parsley, and extra buffalo sauce.
